ctype_digit — Verifica se os caracteres são numéricos

Verifica se todos os caracteres na string fornecida,
text, são numéricos.
textA string a ser testada.
Retorna TRUE se todos caracteres em text são
dígitos decimais, FALSE caso contrário.
